“Yes!” I shrieked as I threw myself off the bed and into Drake’s arms in response to his proposal. “A million times yes.”

Knowing he’d been holding on to an engagement ring for so many months was a shock, although a much more pleasant one than the other one I’d received
tonight. Sure, the idea of marrying Drake had crossed my mind from time to time even though our relationship was still relatively new and we were young.
I’d been hiding after what had happened with Brad. His betrayal had made me lose faith in boys and love. Meeting Drake had brought me back to life and made
me want more again, but we still had another year of school until we graduated from college. As much as I could picture myself with him forever, I hadn’t

What I Say

I gave the other three books 5 stars.

That’s OK though. They deserve them.

I just wish I could give Hudson more. Cos believe me – it sure as hell deserves it. The other books were fantastic, no doubt about it, and you think you have the full story and you could go on your merry little way.

Wrong. So damn wrong. Unfortunately people developed a huge dislike to Hudson, and rightly so. Though isn’t that a good thing? Surely its better to have any emotion for a character – be it love or hate than to be ambivalent towards them. In fact I have heard people say that they won’t read Hudson as they hated him so much. I scream at them. You have to read Hudson. How the hell can you not read it?

Without reading Hudson you only have half the story. Everything you thought you knew and opinion that you have are going to get thrown right out the window. I can’t recommend this book highly enough. I tell everyone that has read the Fixed trilogy that they have to read it because without it you don’t know squat!

Very sweet story. Loved every chapter and I did not roll my eyes, huff or feel annoyed toward any characters in the book.

I laughed, I cringed. I sighed. And I got teary eyed, then sighed again. This story is fantastic and filled with so much emotion.

I want to go to the town named Christmas and meet these people. Debbie Mason creates fantastic story line filled with all kinds of emotion.

I loved Debbie Mason’s character Skye. I have read too many books that made me feel that no author could capture the essence of being independent without being a total mouthy drama queen. I have read so many stories that the character is overly bossy, controlling, loud mouth, obnoxious, rude, can’t let go (oh because they were hurt one time), takes everything to the extreme and never really sees her faults until it’s too late, but then it is never too late.

Skye is a great character that author has created. The story line flows with emotion. The rest of the characters are equally created. Debbie Mason has truly painted a picture of each character with her words.

I would love to see this book brought to TV as Hallmark or Lifetime movie for the holidays.
This book is the first book I have ever ready by Debbie Mason and I enjoyed every moment of the story. I look forward to reading more from Debbie.
